Always a classic, this variably patterned isopod was one of the earliest morphs in the hobby. Some individuals are have a lot of dark markings, while others have few or none. It can tolerate low ventilation, but also does fine with more ventilation. It is a great choice for a beginner. It is moderately prolific. It likes some protein it its diet.
